| Electrotek manufacture and supply a full range of processing tanks and accessories, from our smallest tanks, suitable for prototyping and educational use through to large, free - standing processing units and spray etching tanks capable of large quantity production. We also manufacture our own range of through - hole plating lines. |
Eurocard tanks
 |
Our smallest tank is ideal for prototype work and use in educational and training establishments. It features separate compartments for developing, etching and washing of circuit boards up to 6" x 4", with temperature control of the developing and etching chemicals. The tank also contains an air pump to bubble air through the etchant for optimum etching speed. The tank comes complete with full instructions and suspension bars to allow easy handling of the boards being processed. |
Bench Top Range

Electrotek's bench - top range of processing tanks are very easy to install and use, and are capable of handling boards up to 11" x 9", whilst taking up a minimum of bench space. They are available in 3-, 5-, and 7-tank configurations. The three - tank model has tanks for developing, etching and washing, the five - tank has tanks for developing, washing, etching, stripping and tinning and the seven - tank model features two extra washing tanks to allow boards to be quickly passed down the line without the need to pass them back over the unit for washing. |
Bench Top With Filter Hood

This range of tanks is similar to the bench top range, but with the addition of a fume extractor hood. Available in 3-, 5-, and 7-tank configurations, these units allow use in environments where fume extraction is necessary. The fume hoods can be configured to operate in two ways:- re-circulation of air through a carbon filter or extraction of fumes to an external vent. |
Foot Mounted Range

The foot - mounted range of processing tanks are available in five and seven tank configurations, and can accommodate boards up to 18" x 12". As with the bench mounted models, this allows for extra washing tanks to be provided if required. The units are floor mounted and feature electronic temperature control of all chemicals for optimum performance. |
Spray Etch Tanks
 |
We also supply a range of spray etching tanks, for extremely fast etching times and large production runs. These machines are capable of etching circuit boards at the rate of one or more boards per minute, making them ideal for industrial use. Please call us for details. |
Through - Hole Plating Lines
 |
The Electrotek through - hole plating line is a bench mounted unit which will process up to a 10" x 8" board. The line consists of nine processing tanks and two spray wash tanks situated at the front of the unit. The tanks perform the following functions:- Degrease, micro-etch, pre-sensitise, palladium catalyst sensitise, accelerator, de-mineralised water dip, electroless copper, sulphuric acid dip and electrolytic panel plate. |
